57. My product is lubricant, and we have three sizes of container 1L, 4L and 20L. Now, we are looking for filling and capping machines and wonder if one machine can be used on all sizes of container?
Generally saying, our lubricant filling and capping machines can be used for multiple products if the sizes and shapes are similar. If you would like to use same machine for bottled and barreled containers, it may not reach an idea accuracy and capacity due to the huge difference of volume and the size of bottle mouth.
To fill 20L lubricant with 1L filling nozzle will slow down the filling speed dramatically, it is hard to capacity requirement. Another word, to fill 1L lubricant with 20L filling nozzle, the diameter and height of the nozzle will not fit in 1L container, since we use large nozzle for 20L to increase filling speed and volume. Furthermore, when designing machines for more than 20L products, we usually lower the operation height to avoid operator injury from lift heavy products.
For the capping machine, 1L bottle usually use spin caps, different from 20L barrel press caps. Since they are two different style of caps, you will need two capping machines for production needs. And if you would like to add an auto cap feeder, we will suggest you to choose a higher capacity size to automation, cause one cap feeder will only apply to one size(or very similar) of cap.
