47. We produce cosmetics and no need much production capacity. There are five to six of bottle size and which needs liquid filling, cap tightening and labeling on the product. Can all these bottles be shared with and applied on the automatic compact filling line?

Our tabletop compact filling line is with around 10-15 bottle per minute. And the filling volume ranges from 5ml-100ml. The production capacity and speed will vary according to the liquid viscosity and the filling volume. For example, when filling the liquid, such as lotion or cream which is more viscous, the filling speed for 100 ml will be much slower than filling 50 ml. On the other hand, if filling the water-like liquid, the filling speed will be much faster than the one for filling cream and lotion. The applicable bottle type if other than round bottle will be unsuitable for compact filling line. Additionally, if bottle diameter is outside 60mm which is unsuitable for tabletop compact line either. The advantage of the compact filling line is that it’s be quipped with filling, capping, and labeling functions used in a limited space. If the bottle size outside the standard space of the compact line, it’s suggested and more suitable to use the automatic floor-standing filling and capping line and which is with more flexibility to customize the machine to fit the product specification. If the bottle size and filling volume are within the compact filler and capper standard, there are also kinds of labeling way for the labeling machine connected in the rear end, such as full-wrap around, 1/2 labeling or spindle wrap around labeling.
