When producing the food product by packaging equipment, the sanitary standard is the main concern and needs to comply with the food-grade standard, for the food will be eaten to go inside the human body. The filling parts which will have contact with food liquid which needs to be made of food-grade certified material and we use food- grade SUS304 and SUS 316 (for specific liquid) as well as the O rings and spacers are adopted by the food-grade silicone which also has the material certification.
It should not be rough and uneven in the surface to cause residual liquid when contacting with liquid. It must be smooth on the surface or the residual liquid will breed bacteria. We have already had professional experience for the food-grade filling machine manufacturing comply with GMP standard.
