72. Why does the filling volume become inconsistent when using a filling machine? How to avoid Inconsistent fills?
A. The main cause of inconsistent filling volume is the air in the filling tube.
Before starting the filling production, " saturation" must be done. The so-called "saturation" is to use continuous filling until the filling tube is completely filled with liquid to ensure a stable filling volume. The operation of continuous filling varies according to the model of the filling machine, please confirm the liquid filling machine model, and then follow the operation below.

If air bubbles still appear in the filling tube occasionally after tube saturation. This may be due to the pump or filling tube not being tightened, causing air to get in through the gaps between the parts. This often happens after the filling machine has been used and the parts are removed for cleaning and reassembled in the wrong way.
Please check the filling lines in the following order:
- Make sure the knob on the pump cover is firmly tightened.
- Make sure the tube clamp of infeed tube and outfeed tube is firmly tightened.
- Make sure the connection between the pump and the filling tube is correctly assembled.

B. The broken of filling tubes, inner oil seals, O-rings, and other consumables may also cause the poor air tightness of the filling line.
Please make sure to replace the consumables regularly.
- Check if the infeed and outfeed tubes are broken.
- Check if the pump, oil seals, and O-rings are broken.
