Automatic wine filling capping production line is designed for glass bottle and cork, and can be applied to bottled wine products such as Sorghum, whiskey, Shaoxing wine, agave, rum, brandy, vodka, sake, liqueur, fruit wine and any kind of liquid that has alcohol concentration range from 2% to 60%.
This instrument is equipped with a filling machine that can be used to fill liquid which over 60% alcohol concentration, and because of the overflow design, the slightly size different would not affect the instrument so every bottled product is going to have the same liquid level. And also, the bottle filling capping machine is equipped capping machine which can deal with automatic cap feeding, cap placing and capping procedures precisely, so the instrument is your best choice to bottling alcoholic drink product.
How To Use The Automatic Wine Filling Capping Line On Different Kind Of Alcoholic Beverage?
Alcoholic beverage includes Brewing wine and Distilled wine, and the alcohol concentration of these wine might vary from 2% to more than 60%. Neostarpack automatic wine filling capping production line is made of special material which is best suit for high concentrated wine, and because the high percentage alcohol may interact with the plastic tube, therefore the tube and pipe used on machine cannot have plastic parts. The filling capping machine meets explosion-proof requirement and is made of high quality stainless steel, furthermore, any tube that has direct contact with alcohol meets the SGS test. Also, all alcohol-contacted surfaces are made of special treatment to ensure it's easy to be cleaned and avoid any crystallization remain in the pipes that might cause contaminations or effect product quality. Generally wine products are usually being bottled in high cleanness glass container, either transparent or colored glass bottle.
