Filling Method:
The following are the operation steps of our filling machines, demonstrating their highly efficient and accurate characteristics:
1. Starting process: Press the Start button when operating to initiate the filling process.
2. Locate the bottles: The spacer cylinders extend, accurately placing six bottles under the filling heads.
3. Precise Filling: The infeed cylinder extends, blocking the bottles behind, then, the filling heads descend to the default filling position and start precise filling.
4. Filling complete: After filling is completed, the filling heads ascend back up to the standby position and the spacer cylinder retracts. The bottles move on to the next production stage.
