Labeling method:
1. Product detection: Sensor will automatically detect the products that entered the labeling machine and starts labeling process.
2. Front and back labelers: Two label heads handle with the front and the back label respectively, ensuring the labels stick accurately.
3. Pressure-sensitive labeling: The machine adopts the pressure-sensitive method to label the products.
4. Speed spacers: Align the products to label them smoothly.
5. Brush smoothing: After labeling, the brush will smooth the labels to ensure they are well-attached.
6. Conveyor transport: Labeled products will be sent to the next station, can be integrated with printers or products receiving equipment.
