CP7000 is designed for press-on caps with cap plug or stopper, providing safety sealing. The capping machine can firmly seal the cap to the bottle, preventing leakage, contamination and maintaining product freshness. CP7000 is suitable for various types and sizes of bottles and caps through the design and capacity of the machine. It helps to improve the efficiency and speed of the packaging process, reduces the need of physical strength, and ensures that the caps are sealed consistently and reliably.
Press-on caps are often used for beverages, cosmetics, personal care products, pharmaceuticals, and other precision industrial products. Unlike screw caps, which are tightened to seal the cap, press-on caps are directly pressed onto the containers. The sealing operation of the press-on cap is more laborious than the general screw cap. However, press-on caps have excellent sealing integrity, preventing liquid leaking from the container. When it is necessary for mass production of press-on caps sealing, it cannot be completed merely by manpower.

Capping Method
- Place bottles on the conveyor. (or feed bottles to the conveyor by a bottle scrambler, bottle feeder)
- Put sufficient caps into the hopper of the cap feeder.
- Transport the bottle to the star wheel through conveyor.
- Star wheel rotate; automatically deliver bottle to cap feeder and cap placer.
- In sequential order: Place caps, inspect caps, press caps, and detect if the caps are sealed properly.
- The capping process completed, and bottles are delivered to the outfeed conveyor.
- If a lack of cap or untightened product is detected, it will be rejected and not transported to the finished product conveyor.

The capping head is equipped with an independent regulator that individually adjusts the downward pressure to ensure bottle sealed.

20. When the rear conveyor is filled with bottles, the machine will pause as a buffer. Production resumes automatically after bottles are discharged.
