1. Connect the filling nozzle to the outfeed side of pump, and put the nozzle into the bottle.
2. Connect the power cable with FG1100 and turn on the machine. Choose the mode that you’re going to use such as manual mode or automatic mode.
3. Set the parameter on HMI such as filling volume, filling speed, filling time. And save the parameters or select saved parameters.
4. Press Start button and start to fill. You can check filling status and data through HMI at any time.
5. After completing the filling, press E.M Stop and turn off the machine. Disassemble the filling component and filling pipe for cleaning.
