The multi-channel tablet & capsule counting machine uses an optical sensor to detect the tablets/caplets passing through the gate for accurate counting.
First, set the required number of tablets, pills, or capsules to be counted and adjust the feeding speed according to your needs. Make sure the capsules and tablets to be counted are free of debris and remove any damaged irregularly shaped products, then fill the product to the hopper. Do not overload the hopper to prevent jamming which may cause inaccurate counting.
After starting the machine, the products in the hopper will be dispersed and arranged on each channel through vibration. Then the optical sensor detects the product at the end of the channel. Once the quantity reaches the set number, the gates will open and drop the product to the bottle through the filling nozzle.
